What forms of payment do you accept?
Once a policy is written, we can take either a check or credit card to bind the policy. We offer payment options such as one-time pay, quarterly, and monthly on most policies. Please ask your trusted advisor about the options you may be interested in.
Can I get Insurance the same day I call Shoff Insurance?
Yes, in some cases we can write a policy the same day. Please be aware this is not possible with some types of policies, and depending on the time of day sometimes it is not possible. Please call our office and talk to a trusted advisor right away when you recognize the need for insurance. While we prefer to have more time to consult and offer options, in a pinch we will always do our best to ensure you are covered when you need it.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances come up. Please just give the office a call at your earliest convenience and we’ll help you reschedule.
